Royalite (Dingman) #2 Operations Update June 16, 2009

For Visitors
- Completed Phase 1 of abandonment operations with the coil tubing unit.
- Sufficient well bore stability has been achieved to allow for Phase 2 - rig operations
- Coiled tubing unit will be moved off location.
- Well head preparation work will commence on June 25th. Modifications are necessary to install rig Blow Out Preventors (BOP's)
- Drilling rig will be moved onto locaiton mid - July to complete the abandonment operations
- 3 air monitoring stations are in place.
