Royalite (Dingman) #2 Operations Update May 27, 2009

For Visitors
Work is being conducted to prepare the site for re-abandonment operations. Activities include:
- Site preparation work was started on Monday, May 25th
- Site access controls are in place
- Site inspected by drilling rig contractors for sizing requirements for future operations
- Continue to prepare piping and geomembrane to contain all gas and odor elimination through the Geocomposite system
- Installed Geocomposite material
- 3 air monitoring stations are in place
