Walking Tour - Maureen sits on the Parks, Pathways and Recreation committee. Meetings every 2 weeks. Looking at grant information supplied by
Sherry from Candor Properties. What we are looking at should work nicely.
Council needs a letter from us for what we want to do about the tree sign. We will need to have the sign designed so we can look for grants. Town might be interested in helping out financially.
Oil Show Passes - Gary has left some at the town office for any of the members to attend. Maureen and Joy will check their schedules
License Plates - No word yet
suggested bringing back plate issue in January

Business Plan - how does it fit
Jim advised that the first planning meeting for development down at the plant site happened yesterday. Starting with the Lab for business administration and temporary interpretive center. Work will be starting this summer. Year by year funding.
Driving Tour Booklet - Jim inquired as how we get more.
Jim also advised that the area we have for storage was unlocked when he went down to look for driving tour booklets. Jim called Ron Johnson and Jim from Sunset Contracting to get it locked.
Barb to check to see if the inventory is on the computer
Bill Blakeman has given us a picture of Royalite Workers some are identified.
We are in receipt of the Bar U brochures. Moved to give them to the towns, library and possibly Marv's Soda Shop.
